1. How much will it cost?
We get this question a lot. Every project is different, therefore every project has different requirements. If you desire to get the best custom graphics, website or media campaign you'll love working with us. We require a deposit of half the quote price before any work is begun on your project.
2. How long will my project take?
Again, every project is different and the time from start to finish depends on the requirements it will take to arrive at the absolute best finished product. It also depends on the amount of revisions requested by you. If you need more information on how long your specific project would take contact us and we'd be happy to discuss it with you.
3. I live nowhere near your locations, don't I need to hire these services locally?
Not at all, thanks to technology! We can handle all of your needs over the phone and through email. You can see proofs of your designs, mock ups of your new website and changes to your manuscripts all over the web. We can even set up a Skype session to talk face to face.
4. How exactly does this process work?
This is not really the easist of questions to answer because each one of our services has a different process. Please visit the corresponding page to find your answer.

5. If I use LTCM to design my site can I still use my own web hosting?
Yes, you can use any web host you like. Once your website has been completed you will provide us with your web hosting ftp login username as password so that we can upload your website for you.
6. What is site maintenance and do you provide this?
Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.
7. If I already have a site can you help me improve it?
Yes, this is dependent on what your requirements are, from re-branding to an effective web presence.
8. Do you provide copyrighting services?

9. Do you provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on top search engines?
Yes we do, people need to be able to FIND your site even if they can't remember the exact URL address. We provide the following for additional cost dependent on the site size and number of pages/images:
1. Meta Tags.

3. Optimizing the Copy
4. Optimizing images (Alt/Title tags)
5. Google, Bing, Yahoo and Ask XML site maps
