The Process

Our goal is to make the process easy... easy for you and for your target demographic. We start by visiting with you and listening to you talk about your business, your needs, and your vision. Together we complete a project brief to ensure that we are on the same page.

We do our homework and examine the marketplace to find out what others are doing that works (and doesn’t work). We take into account your existing brand, logo, collateral and primary audience.

Then we ask lots of questions. Who are you trying to reach? What is your end goal of the project? What is the deadline of delivery for this piece? Finally, when we’ve got a plan, we go to work and develop a layout and design that best suits your projects needs.

We are not satisfied with the final project outcome unless you are. That is why we ensure complete customer satisfaction with each campaign. Feel free to request changes and another proof if what you see at first is not exactly what you want. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Brand Identity
